This role has been created so as to leverage the versatile expertise of Senior HR professionals and integrating it with Rennar & Frais delivery abilities of mission critical strategic HR assignments for R&F Clients.
This role is created so as to reach out to maximum clients, industries and geographies, which the present business development team is unable to do so, because of time and knowledge constraints.
This Role would be on a revenue sharing basis and would be totally supported by Rennar & Frais R&D and Operational Team.
To maximize the presence of Rennar & Frais footprint.
To manage client relationships.
To diagnose and understand client needs and forward the formalized mandates to the operational team.
To formalize agreements with new clients.
To understand the annual training needs of clients and accordingly, create the training mandates, enabling the operational team to plan and organize accordingly.
To clearly understand the talent acquisition plan and needs of clients, with deployment plans, and forward the same with respective Job Descriptions to the operational team.
Coordinating the training programs, strategic HR interventions, MDPs and interviews of candidates.
Identifying new business areas.
The R&F Central Cell would provide:
Trainers, Domain Experts, Faculty, Researchers, Analysts and industry specialists.
Based on the needs, create the structure, flow and deliverables of the mandated assignments.
Search/ Find suitable candidates, interview, shortlist, and forward documents.
Conduct informal/formal ref check.
Invest in database, research, knowledge mining, expert networks and operational excellence.
MBA HR with 20 to 30 years experience in strategic and operational HR.
Must be willing to work on a revenue sharing basis.
Must have expertise in interacting and driving business synergies with Clients.
Must have excellent communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.
Must understand strategic HR in consulting perspective.
