Job Description

Group Alignment and Coordination on Sales Operations, Budgeting and Reporting

 

  • Manage the Annual Sales budgeting process
  • Support Preparation of Biannual Sales Reviews & monthly updates for Capgemini Consulting (CC) Group Sales Office
  • Submit weekly forecasts to the Group
  • Implement and customize Sales Reporting to ensure the reporting of Key Sales Initiatives
  • Contribute to the design of Group Sales operational initiatives to improve Sales productivity
  • Manage the annual CRM system set up start of the year
  • Manage all changes to  CRM system throughout the year and ensure data compliance
  • Act as an interaction point with the Sales Leader community and the Finance Controller community
  • Ensure Forecast accuracy through CRM data

 

Reporting and Sales Performance Management

 

  • Responsible for securing timely and accurate CC sales reporting, analyzing key figures and trends, highlighting insights and proposing recommendations to fix potential issues
  • Check report accuracy for all sales reporting prior to circulation and modify/ redesign reports according to SBU requirements and business priorities
  • Manage the consolidation of business unit inputs for key reports and provides all requisite reporting data on the status of the reports to CC Management
  • Liaison with Global Finance Reporting team for reconciliation between Sales and Finance

 

Success in this role will be measured through a balance of qualitative and quantitative performance measures that are aligned to the growth of CC India.  These will form a part of the annual objectives and will be reviewed biannually. (Shared upon meeting for a discussion.

Primary Skills (Must have)

  • MBA from a reputed school/ Engineer/ CA with significant work experience
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior expertise in sales/ financial reporting and extensive knowledge of CRM/Finance systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent Excel capabilities
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple business units, stakeholders and present findings in senior leadership forums

 

Secondary Skills (Nice to have)

 

  • Prior exposure to Sales or Financial Reporting
