Roles and Responsibilities:
Development of adequate Project Monitoring Framework for Digital India MMPs & Components
Conceptualization & Implementation of Project Management Information System (PMIS)
Collection of progress data on the MMPs and other Digital India aspects from the implementing agencies
Review regular progress assessment reports with qualitative inputs and flagging off any deviations/ issues that would need to be looked into by the higher authorities
Provide guidance to respective Line/ State Ministries and recommend process improvement to enhance project planning and scheduling based on past data and experience
Leverage, manage and creatively communicate the opportunities provided by technology aspects of Digital India components at National level
Strategic direction and innovative solutions at Programme/ Organization level with respect to Digital India components and within organization level
Strategic communication in respect of technology programmes/ initiatives (under Digital India) of importance to the team/ organization (with focus on creating and communicating effective messages using various channels to be measured against well-considered organizational and communications-specific goals)
Drive the creation, management and administration/ moderation of communication material and/or channels, as required, for mass or limited consumption, in respect of assigned Digital India components across various formats including books, brochures, policies, guidelines, applications or case-writing for reputed awards, social media, portals, workshops, online discussion forums, etc.
Overarching project management and stakeholder management role, including outreach, monitoring, consensus-building, coordination, liaison, secretariat to Ministry, stakeholder management, , vendor-management, and troubleshooting aspects
Conceptualize/ drive programme & project evaluation/ assessment and highlight corrective actions at all stages of implementation.
Lead the team in creative aspects of work/tasks assigned within organization level.
