Job Description

Managing L&D Operations
Working with colleagues and team members, you will:
- Interface with L&Ds internal customers on understanding and catering to their Learning requirements
-Own end-to-end and manage the training calendars offered to service lines; drive nominations through internal communication, and interface with training delivery partners and other internal process stakeholders to make this possible
-Own, manage and deliver on learning-related projects allocated to you
-Monitor, manage the quality of training delivery and relationships with training delivery partners

Training Needs Analysis, Design, Delivery and Effectiveness Assessment
Working with colleagues and team members, you will:
-Understand customer needs in a way that appropriate learning solutions can be suggested to the customer
-Assist L&D Location Leader in designing training modules as required
-Deliver behavioural training programs

People Responsibilities
Your role is to manage a team of 1-3 trainers over the next 18 months. In this role, you will be expected to:
-Lead and coach the team in meeting the key priorities of the L&D function while working to meet deliverables
-Participate in goal setting, conduct performance appraisal
-Establish networks and build relationship with internal customers, stakeholders and team members within the organization
Desired Skills and Experience
In order to fulfil the responsibilities of your role, you need to possess the following functional skills and meet these additional requirements:

Functional Skills - Essential
- Have strong working knowledge of L&D foundational concepts and processes
-Have working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
-Possess strong and demonstrable presentation and facilitation skills and be able to handle multiple audiences
-Possess outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills

Additional Requirements

-Stand-up training experience of at least 3 years
-Strong experience in managing projects of at least 3 years in the L&D function
-Have excellent written and spoken English skills
-Have an eye for detail and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables
