Job Description

Objective :

This job involves selling of Steel Detailing Services at the targeted man hour rate.

Qualification & Experience :

BE Civil (Preferred) or Mechanical with 8 + years of International Business Experience.
Post Graduation in marketing management is preferred.
Experience in selling of the engineering services.
Well travelled in all the regions of US, and Canada.
Exposure to either of Oil & Gas, Construction, Industrial, Commercial and Infrastructure (Roads, Bridges, Stadiums etc.), Mining projects is essential.
Hardcore Selling Skills and ability to effectively interact with Senior Management is a must.
Go getter with a fast learning curve and never say die attitude.
Potential to develop other service offerings like BIM, Piping, Plant Engineering.
Strong Leadership Skills with an ability to develop a strong second in line.
Team player who will build synergies along with the execution teams to deliver the best solutions to the customer.
Experience of attending/participating in International Trade Fares / Exhibitions.
Ability to sense / foresee the market trends and the potential threats / opportunities for the Business.
Ability to work under pressure and the volatile market conditions.
Exceptional Negotiation, CRM Skills.
Expertise in managing/scheduling international travel with reasonable costs.
Minimum 70% travelling is required for this job.
