Have good understanding and working knowledge of various functions of accounting - Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and General Accounting & Reporting, end to end process flow and its impacts.
Have good understanding of Accounting Principles, Processes and its impact within and outside the accounting system.
Good in analyzing data and its interpretation.
Visiting to outsourcing partner site, doing spot checks, understanding the process level execution by team and bring to notice if there are gaps identified within the process.
Reviewing processes and it actual execution. Finding out the areas which need more focus and require further training.
Play a key role in system administration of tool used in outsourcing business.
Support BPO Manager in Contact Management
Support BPO Manager in transitioning the activities to outsourcing partner.
Support BPO Managers in SLAs setting up and its monitoring
Support BPO Manager in maintain and exceeding the quality of services
Support BPO Manager in all other outsourcing activities.
Desired Profile Education:
A commerce graduate with CA/MBA degree,
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in accounting cum outsourcing services preferably within a multinational environment.
Experience in managing change, implementing new procedures and re-engineering processes.
Experience in working in a service driven, customer focused environment.
Know-How Skill -
Good knowledge of ERP/accounting systems (knowledge of SAP)
Knowledge of MS Office
Good in communication and interpersonal skills.
