The main objective is to achieve business growth by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key business decision-makers, informing them of our scope of services and communicating how these services benefit their organizations.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Supervise a team of 7-9 financial analysts/senior analysts and carry out end-to-end project management
Handle detailed interactions with the clients.
Gather requirements and information. Guiding team on analysis to be performed on the financial data.
Review work prepared by team members for sign off by Associate Manager/ Manager
Act as a counselor for 7-9 team members (CAs/MBAs). Participate in goal setting, performance appraisal and management of counselees.
Identify L&D requirements of counselees.
Competencies / skills:
Read and interpret financial statements, and perform data analysis
Have an eye for detail, advanced understanding of accounting concepts and good analytical skills
Have the ability to add industry analysis including KPIs
Have expert knowledge of MS Excel (with basic knowledge of charts/graphs/pivot table/macros)
Have leadership, coaching, counseling and supervisory skills
Have excellent communication skills, including speaking and writing effectively in English
Be able to quickly form strong working relationships with colleagues in India and around the world
Education & Experience:
Qualified Chartered Accountant/ MBA with 4 to 5 yrs post qualification experience with:
a) Management Consultancy firms.
b) MNC/BPO/KPO or large Indian companies, preferably within a shared service environment.
