Job Description

To design and execute the segments strategy based on customer insights so as to increase the segments revenue and profitability.

Key accountabilities :


- To develop an annual roadmap for the segment in line with business objectives

- Marketing proposition owner for the segment, with the goal of maximizing value by delivering compelling propositions for the segment.

- To ensure business performance of the segment, including satisfaction levels, usage, service adoption, churn, ARPU, revenues & margins.

- To work with the CVM team to define BTL cross / up-selling & retention strategy as well as the segments GTM.

- Design the segments customer experience and liaise & support various cross functional teams in implementing it.
