Manage, lead and prioritise a team of Security Analysts working in a operational environment, provide level 3 operational support.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Hand-on experience in operation and management of security infrastructure.
Ability to provide Tier 3 support and manage complex and escalated tickets in production environment
Experience on working in a global support environment.
Experience of ticketing-tools and exposure to ITIL processes in context of service operations is preferred.
Working in Security Operation Centre (SOC) is an advantage.
For Pune location:
Knowledge of 2 domains is a must Netscreen, Palo Alto, Side winder, Blue coat, SRX.
Very good working knowledge of Checkpoint Firewalls, Cisco ASA, Fortinet Firewalls/managers and Netscreen (ScreenOS) family of devices.
