Job Description

Your responsibilities:

Assistant to the Business Head(Organizing their Calendar/ Travel/ Files )

Maintain scheduling and event calendars

Arrange conferences & meetings,

Customer correspondence (Newsletter / mails to customers on regular basis)

Coordinating customer visits

Coordinating visits with counterparts from India and abroad

Updating KPI data, drafting letters & preparing presentations

Your competencies and qualifications:

Graduate with 5 - 8 years of experience in secretarial or administrative function
Excellent Communication ,Analytical & Interpretation Abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel , PowerPoint & Word
