Job Description

Job Description:

Sales Responsibilities:-

  • To Co ordinate with Sales team for achievement of Sales targets
  • To do surprise checks in markets and to find out whether the products are placed properly in the market
  • To make sure that all the debtor accounts are in order
  • To prepare timely debtor ageing analysis reports and to provide the same to sales manager to let him to recover the debts.
Business Development :-
  • To find out more options for the company to diversify its operations
Purchase Responsibilities (Local purchases): -
  • To make projections for all local material consumptions and make sure to procure the same in timely intervals.
Production/Maintenance Responsibilities:-
  • To ensure effective and smooth running of Production Department
  • To make sure that the paid production hours are maximum utilized in terms of man power and machine powers 
  • To supervise/sanction/control the over time hours to production staff
  • To find all necessary means to minimise the wastage
  • To check daily for finding the ways to minimise the cost of production
  • To co ordinate with the Production head for all machine reparations.
  • To find out best technical service / spares providers in case of break downs
Personnel and Administrative Responsibilities:-
  • To deal with day to day administrative issues
  • Sign off of all expenses
  • Coordinating with Administrative Department and Government Departments
  • To maintain proper relations with all employees of the company and to control all the staff properly
  • To make sure that all the employee contracts and other documents are in order and to make sure that Personal head maintains all files in proper way
  • To make sure that all staff are respecting the Working hours/rules and regulations of the company
  • To maintain all expatriate records 
  • To make sure that all expatriates have proper visas and other docs
  • Any other administrative related works in supervisory level
Accounting Responsibilities:-
  • To control the production of all types of MIS reports.
