We are looking to add additional SAS ABM skills to the Global team that support a large and complex Business. The role is within the Finance and Business Management group, within a dedicated Unit Costing and Demand Management function
we are planning to make increased usage of SAS ABM. The toolset is already in wide scale usage across large parts of our Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB) Business. We are migrating to the latest version of software and will be leveraging some new functionality to further automate and optimise our processes.
We are building a Global SAS ABM Support function (Centre of Excellence) this team will partner with Unit Costing professionals, who are the end-users of the ABM tool.
The exact composition of the team and allocation of duties is flexible and will depend on same extent on availability of skills and experience. The overall aim, is to build a small (3-person) global support function able to provide high quality support in a flexible manner, with the benefits of follow-the-sun cover and mutual vacation cover etc
The Support function will encompass both Project/Architecture and BAU Support responsibilities.
Support functions include building and maintaining robust processes that efficiently address aspects such as : Expense and Hierarchy loads, Activity data capture, Backups, House-Keeping, Scenario loads, OLAP and other Reporting.
In terms of SAS Architecture and Projects, the Support function are also accountable for: Upgrade planning, Implement/ Migrate models , Testing, SAS usage Optimization, Best practice & Education, SAS Advocate (sharing best practice etc), Automation (data input etc) and enhanced Reporting capabilities
