Job Description

Primary Skills (must have):

Lead a team for large and complex deals across geography and industry verticals.
Mentor and coach solution development team focused on Geog/ TLIs.
Participate with building new offerings to market.
Participate in joint solution workshop, client presentations/orals and interactions during the bid process.
Be point of contact, interact with global sale teams to supports the region/ TLI.
Advise Sales Executive and Legal Counsel on the impact of contract negotiations on services scope, service level credits/ penalties, pricing, etc. May be called upon to describe impacts to client and assist in developing win-win alternatives.
Innovate the practices and method riding on internal initiatives and studies
Worked in SAP/ non SAP presales role on RFP and RFI responses, preferably in Application management outsourcing. Experience with Application development RFPs will be added advantage.
Excellent verbal & writing skills, Sales or Marketing capabilities will be advantage
Good understanding of AM Estimation, various pricing methods and commercial aspects
Exposure to Due -- Diligence, portfolio analysis, transition, processes will be preferred
Good hands on skill on MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
Good understanding of the competitive bidding scenario, competitors and bench markers
Responsibilities include:

Translate client objectives and requirements in SAP RFPs into winning solution concept for specific deals, based on service offerings and capabilities
Develop optimum SAP outsourcing solution including: governance structure, delivery model, staffing, service location, service hours, service levels, enabling tools and infrastructure requirements for provisioning services to client, transformation approach, commercials etc.
Understand various process, tools and accelerators and use them in the solutions process
Participate in SAP strategic initiatives to industrialize the solutions process and to enhance the competitiveness of AM proposals
Acts as a member of a high -- performance organization by engaging in value add activities that leverage the collective capabilities of the team
Participate in solution reviews with the leadership team
