Major Responsibility/ Job Responsibility:
1.Work with new and existing clients understanding requirements for SAP implementation.
2.Preparation of solution, pricing and proposal based on the requirement mentioned in RFQ/RFP.
3. Interact with Prospects and Customers and explain overall solution and its impact on the Prospects/Customers business drivers.
4.Handle critical situations such as presentations to Clients Boards, Analysts, etc online and participate in decision points for Clients.
5.Reviewing Pre-Sales documents, Service Level Agreements, Contracts, etc. from a delivery perspective to ensure deliverability of the same. Act as a liaison between the internal teams e.g. Practice team, Sales and Client Engagement.
6.Manage the sizing and scoping of projects as well as Show-case demos where necessary of SAP ECC
7.Interface with customers, sales team and SAP team for responding to RFPs and RFQs
8.Relationship Management with SAP
9.Responsible for technical proposals w.r.t SAP implementation.
10.Gather high-level requirements.
12.Strong pre-sales experience gained within a service sales environment. 13.Pre-sales knowledge with other PLM products an added advantage
Necessary Qualification/ Technical Skills:
Knowledge of all modules in SAP ECC , business suite, analytic products Basic knowledge of SAP implementation challenges and methodologies Good understanding of onsite-offshore models Good communication skills. Ability to interact at all levels Experience in Solution Design
Operating System -Windows XP, 2000, 2003.
Applications - Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, Ms-Project, Expert in MS Power Point, Visio, ARIS.
Methodologies- ASAP Methodologies, Solution manager, DMS.
Basic Knowledge of all modules in SAP, implementation challenges and methodology
Ability to interact with customers at all levels.
Experience in Solution Design
Minimum 4-5 years of experience, working for SAP or within the consulting/professional services practice of an SAP partner.
