Must have strong exposure to SAP FICO and experience in managing support projects.
Must have strong experience in Project Management.
Should have worked on Support projects in Large volume.
Experience and good knowledge of support processes Incident Management, Problem Management, Escalation Management, support metrics generation/reporting, continuous improvement plans, etc.
Should have very good experience in Onsite/Offshore Model.
Should have a very good experience in Project Management and People Management.
Should be open to work in UK Shifts.
