Job Description :
SAP CRM for Utilities consultant with minimum 5 to 8 years of Utilities specific experience.
Should have minimum 6-10 years of Utilities Domain experience in one of the following Utility services; viz.: Electricity, Gas
At least one E2E Implementation experience in CRM with strong integration of IS-U Customer service (BBP, Configuration, Realization, Testing and Go-Live).
At least one year of support service experience in CRM with ability to solve tickets within the given SLA
Should have hands on experience in integration SAP CRM with SAP IS-Utilities system. For example: SAP CRM Master data, CRM contract management process framework, Middleware, MDT (Master Data Template), Product Master, Pricing etc.
Should have hands on experience in handling customer segmentation data.
Should have good communication skills.
Should have worked independently and played at least 3 years of customer facing role.
Should have worked with Europe or US customers.
Should have experience in proposing solutions, estimating efforts required, building proposals and supporting proposal defence.
Must be good at root cause analysis, debugging, IDOC monitoring and debugging in CRM 7.0 environment.
Good communication skill.
