Provide implementation consulting services to customers on design and implementation of CRM
solution in the areas of CRM Sales/Marketing/Service functional areas, CRM Web UI and other
Enhancements, Interfaces and Conversions.
Ability to debug ABAP code and design and implement user exits/BADIs is expected.
At least 7 years of experience, of which 5+ years in SAP implementation.
At least 2 full cycle CRM implementations. Possess Ability to participate in business blue-print workshops, excellent communication skills, ability to manage the delivery of a small team to ones solution design.
Preferred: Process knowledge in CRM (Service) and CRM Base Customizing.
Workflow / Middleware / WebDynpro knowledge is a plus.
Technical Expertise with CRM Web UI, CRM 1-Order Enhancements, Interfaces, and conversions is expected
