1. The consultant should have 1-2 full life cycle implementations .
2. The candidate should be well conversant with different SAP ABAP HR related topics like Payroll Management, Time Management, ESS, MSS and Recruitment. The candidate should have RICEFW expertise.
3. The candidate should have good communication and presentation skills.
