Job Description

Responsibilities & duties (Mandatory)

Possess 10+ years of IT experience. Expert level of understanding on CoE/operations/support process is needed. This includes demand, resource and utilization management.
Should be able to wear multiple hats BA, SME, process optimization and Team Lead.
Should be an articulate, strategic, excellent with communication, coordination and should have Production Support experience
Possess 5+ years SFDC & Cast-Iron. configuration, customization and support experience.
Possess good experience on managing dual shore SFDC support engagement which include production support, enhancement and maintenance of SFDC production instance.
Possess experience on Sales force apex classes, Batch apex, triggers, VF pages and SFDC API's.
Participate in high and low level design doc with TL/Architect.
Efficiently co-ordinate between onsite leads / managers and India resources.
Act as support lead on assigned business functions as required and supervise team members to complete assignments on time, budget and quality agreed.
Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.
Work with the business stakeholders to rationalize and prioritize the business requirements.
Analyse system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.
Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports. Analyse, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems to achieve the project deliverables.
Supports the applications after project go live.
