Job Description

1. Training

The purpose of the role is to deliver sales training on a national basis. Must be willing to travel.

Job Responsibilities:

Identifying the training needs across in co-ordination with the Organization.
Analyzing the existing level of competencies of individual and developing training initiatives for improved productivity and quality enhancement.
Maintaining overall training and development.
Design Training need Analysis and Training need identification form to identify and understand the training requirement.
Design & implement training for all level of employees across all the branches on pan India basis).
Delivering induction and orientation to new employees.
Design Training modules for various products and also preparation of Monthly & Annually Training Calendar.

Implementing system & processes and deployment of company strategies in the market.
Design & implement Behavioral and Interpersonal Training .
Design & implement the Training Assessment and Feedback Form.
To conduct On the Job Training (OJT), how to enhance Productivity, range selling and motivate the team to achieve set Sales Targets.

Candidate Profile:

Graduates / MBAs based in Mumbai with 5-8 years relevant experience in NBFC. Must have only will be considered. Must have proven Record in delivering Training & Development Programme.Energetic and go getter with Positive Attitude. Mature person in the age group of 27 - 32. lling to travel extensively to deliver the training.ust possess an excellent communication and interpersonal skill to deal with complex situations. ust be able to manage and deliver in work under pressure.Must have Product training knowledge of Unsecured Loan (specially related to Business Loan). Must have designed and implemented training on Unsecured loans.

2. Marketing

KRAs:

1. Communication Channel marketing-

Product Catalogue Improvements, email marketing, search engine optimization, social networking, web advertising, online training/webinars and consideration of virtual design platform that could be used by customers and other stakeholders.

Develop internal/ external employee communications delivered through engaging channels including webcasts, newsletters and townhalls.

Responsible for producing marketing communications collateral, product launches, internal events and exhibitions.

Planned, coordinate and manage tradeshows, conferences and events across geographies and cultures

2. Campaign Management

Conceptualize, implement and drive Incentives, Milestone Bonus schemes, Contests
Conceptualize, implement and drive Monthly, Quarterly and Annual R & R
Conceptualize, implement and drive employee engagement activities to drive weekly nos
One point contact for all marketing support for Telesales channel

3. Data analytics - Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) Lead Utilization and updated & maintained on daily basis.

4. Work closely with sales and product management team to raise the level of professionalism and quality of all communications, including plan development, messaging, positioning, advertising, collateral, events, etc.
