Job Description

nitial training of newly joined field staff in collaboration with Regional Managers
& Business HR
* Induction programs for newly joined field staff in collaboration with National Sales Training
Manager
* Achieve a target level of training days per individual in consultation with National Sales
Training Manager
* Maintaining a level of field working days in consultation with National Sales
Training Manager
* Identifying selling skills training needs for field staff within the Region
* Generate sales force assessment reports in the region
* Utilize training data and reports to develop proactive training intervention plans
* "Adopting" people for specific training in the region
* "Adopting" markets to evaluate effectiveness of training program in the region
* Continuous evaluation and updating of training programmes where relevant
* Field coaching & product knowledge for field staff in the region
* Feedback on Performance and Talent management of individuals in the region to the
HR department
* Drive improvements in personal and team performance
* Drive SFE at the region level by training the field staff
* Aligning regional sales training objectives and needs with national sales training objectives
