Job Description

Job Role
Order booking for the year
To achieve budgeted sales targets
To develop alternative process to reduce cost & time
Development of new customers and new product
Timely realization of customer out standing
Responsible for supporting the development and execution of the marketing plan.
Booking Orders and Revenue Generation in line with the Budget of FY.
Preparing MIS Reporting
Preparing Planning for every month (e.g. Production, Collection)
Assist in Market Research
To increase the Order Booking
Liasoning Agents for Payment and Orders
Ensuring proper After Sales service/ Technical Support to existing Customer base.
Ensuring proper After Sales service/ Technical Support to existing Customer base.
Promotion activities to penetrate the products launched by the company into existing as well as new market segments
Conducting seminars so as to provide design & Manufacturing solutions to the Clients.

Order Booking
To ensure the upcoming Tenders and Approaching contractor for quoting tender.
To ensure the orders in hand of the customers receiving directly from the railway.
Quoting Online Stores Tenders

To ensure the Clear RDSO Proforma for getting the Material Inspected by RDSO.
To ensure the Inspection after submitting the call letters.

To ensure the Collection status as per monthly targeted.

Preparation of Production Planning in line with Customer Requirement every month.
Preparation of Collection Plan for every month

MIS Reporting
To send the Monthly Targets, Weekly Progress Report, Forecast and Deviation Report.

Business Development
To have tie-up with Agents in various Zones so as to smooth the work.
Strategy on how to increase business
Visit to customer at various location in India for business development
Convert $ relay into IIGCL relay
Penetrate into the area where only $ relay is preferred
To increase the Portfolio in Signalling like M-C Relays.
Tender detail for new Product
Unit Rate for New Product

Develop & Administer Marketing Data base
Preparing Order Booking Sheet, Order Backlog Sheet, Approval, Preparing Board PPT in guidance with Vice President, Relay Costing, Approval, Gathering Market Information through Customer, Meeting with customers for product promotion, Co-ordination with inspector during inspection, Strategy on tender, Check offer in line with check sheet, Negotiation with contractor and Pink Book Analysis etc.
