Job Description

Sales Manager - Video/Telecom/Data  Industry


Key Responsibilities: 
  • Achievement of sales target of Telecom/AV/Data /projects and products.
  • Team Management, team productivity enhancement and man power retention
  • Adherence to company objectives such as Sales Margins, Payment terms, Turn over, etc.
  • Adaptation and practice of company policies, guidelines and Standards.
Key skills :
  • Good Communication skills, both verbal and written including presentation skills.
  • Proven networking and team management skills.
  • customer management and repeat business acquisition capabilities.
  • System requirement study/Proposal creation/Negotiation skills.
Experience Required:
  • 8-10 years of IT/Telecom/Network selling experience
  • 3-4 years of Handling team of 2-3 sales executive or more
  • 2-3 years of conducting 3 cr+ business annually
  • Sales Manager Exclusively handling Telecom Products

Other Details: 
  • Qualification : BE/Diploma/BSC+MBA
  • Job Location : Hyderabad
  • Reporting to  : Zonal Manager
