Ensure defined SLA (Service Level Agreements) to be made between Hotels & CT,
between Fulfillment & CST, also between Fulfillment & accounts for the smooth
Conduct price & product benchmarking analysis on daily basis across the industry.
Audit on suppliers rates, support function and inventory allocation.
Manage inventory (allocations) & search results.
Generate Allocation consumption v/s committed report.
Ensure product quality / Inclusions are maintained as shown in the communications.
Making Consolidator Audit report on products & services on monthly basis.
Competition analysis every week.
Ensuring smooth function between supplier & fulfillment, accounts, Tech. team on
integrating, redemption & delivering the product.
Maintain relationship on regular basis with relationship building exercise.
Contract with suppliers the product as per the product plan
Define inventory required for each product sub-category.
Coordinating with web marketing & teach team to create new SEO & SEMs and also to create new propositions of online marketing.
MIn 7-10yrs of experience in similar industry, Graduate
Post Grad diploma / deg in Tourism Management preferred
IATA qualified with certification, Excellent communication skills with real good contact on Hotel contracting. Must be aware of the market and recent changes, Knowledge of the domestic & international travel processes and online products
