Monitoring & implement VA/VE & YOY targets
Ensuring annual VA conforming to product cost sheet
Sales promotion, brand building, participation in customer events
RFQ response, new product timely launch, quality concern resolution or any expectation of the customer
Ensuring QCDDR System (Quality, Cost, Development, Delivery and Response) activities as per ISO/TS-16949: 2009 & EMS-14001 Certification.
Client Visit & Servicing, New Business development. Maintenance Turn over Sales Level & Team Co-ordinate. Product Sales Marketing.
Report making and summering all visited customers
To conduct Training programs
Analyzing competitor price and discount structure on each customer.
Follow up enquires through marketing team and close the deal by win-win situation.
Forecasting and preparing monthly/yearly business plans & making Marketing plan
Should be a BE(Mechanical) Full Time with great communication & Negotiating skills
Work experience in a MNC Auto OEM is preferred, but not a MUST.
Should be willing to relocate and live in Chennai.
Should have 6 to 9yrs of experience in Marketing.
Hands on experience in Plastic Components.
Should have good communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
