Job Description

Solution designing in consultation with understanding of client requirements & mapping to the offerings of the OEM solutions

Coordinating with sales team in preparation of technical specifications/ RFP's.

Building POC / Demo systems for conducting POC for customers

Design & conduct Technical Presentations of the solutions to customers

Demonstrate continuous effort to improve pre-sales activities, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to provide quality seamless customer service.

Keep a strong communication channel with the development team to enhance specifications, project management and the tracking of key projects.

Plan and review project estimation and be aware of various developmental methodologies.

Develop Market survey for current and future business solutions and Setup methodology for frequently updating website.

Provide support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible.

Provide feedback and market intelligence of new developments in products to the development team.
