Essential Responsibilities: * Determines, defines and drives short and long term growth strategy for the GRC business in South Asia. * Develops growth map(s) for the GRC business in South Asia and executes on immediate and longer-term priorities. * Implements an operational model and develops relevant capability to drive and sustain continued growth. * Is accountable for P&L, in strong collaboration with the regional F&R teams. * Defines the GRC South Asia market strategy and delivers on it through sales, account and service management. Expected to derive this through collaboration and team work with other existing Financial markets teams. * Drives the development and delivery of products and services for end-user experience and satisfaction. * Drives and delivers on strategic goals relating to market share. * Ensures world class service is delivered to GRC customers in the territory. * Identifies acquisition opportunities in the GRC space and drives the acquisition roadmap, in close collaboration with the GGO regional teams. * Responsible for the growth and development of their direct and wider team, building skills and capabilities and driving the talent agenda in the territory.
