To visit minimum of 5-7 accounts on daily basis.
Churning the competition accounts.
Prospect generation through cold calls.
Introducing new product line to the existing accounts
Meeting the multifarious requirements of the corporate accounts and ensure account representative is satisfied with the services
Ensuring that the Relationship team visits regularly to resolve the issues.
Escalation Matrix to be updated to the customer.
Account mapping sheet to be maintained and updated
Ensure higher up visits to the accounts regularly.
1. Planning and working towards fulfilling company's objectives in terms of setting up distribution network in assigned territory.
2. Establishing key systems / functions & managing overall operations in the state / territory.
3. Constantly working towards increasing distribution and market share.
4. Negotiations with corporate and closures is an integral part of the job, hence should have the knack of negotiations and closures.
5. Maintain & enhance relations with new and existing Corporates.
6. Training and development of SOs / team.
7. Ensure & maintain financial hygiene in the assigned territory.
8. Coordinate with Logistics & operations in the assigned territory for smooth operations.
9. Maintain proper reports & records as directed from time to time.
10. Ability to handle and drive the backend process.
11. Motivate & train the team on the job.
Desired Profile The candidate should have a good experience in Corporate Sales and Key Account Management.Should e from a good academic background.Should have handled a team and should be willing to join at a short notice. Standard hike of 15-18% will be given on the current CTC.The candidates' age should not be more than 33 years.
