Job Description

Emphasizing on New Business Development in the region and extending services offering to the existing clientele, in a B2B environment.

Responsible for coordinating Energy walk thru surveys at customer sites Energy Audit teams. Surveys to cover HVAC (chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs etc.), Electrical, Lighting, Automation etc.

Studying the existing Energy Consumption patterns at site and developing Energy Conservation Measures, conveying the audit results through detailed techno-commercial presentations proposing guaranteed energy savings solutions/regular energy retrofits.

Responsible for selling customized Energy optimization solutions (Energy Performance Contracts, Energy Monitoring Solutions, Building Management Systems) to the end customer.

Offering after market service solutions to customers with regards to Chillers, BMS etc. Successfully finalizing multi-year AMC contracts along with many value added services.

Successfully completed energy conservation projects to include turn-key Chiller installations, HVAC controls, Electrical retrofits, Building Automation Systems (BMS)
Automated Demand Response (ADR) projects in terms of number of sites being commissioned under the Smart Grid project.

Managing the end to end approach of supply, installation and commissioning of complete projects by coordinating with various internal & external stakeholders. Handling techno-commercial negotiations with vendors.

Intelligent utilization of the Marketing budget by representing the company and the Energy division at various facility management and related conferences

Qualification -BE Mechanical or BE Electronics &

Experience 6-10 years
