Job Description

Plan, organize and implement sales programs that deliver targeted sales objectives
Develop and implement both distribution and agent-based channels
Create market through sales to distributors, project consultants, contractors, architects and engineers and end-users
Develop clear vision and implementation plan based upon solution and project-based business
Maintain an awareness of business conditions, market competitors and products, and code requirements in the targeted regions
Solicit and report on voice of the customer data on both current and new products
Prepare and conduct sales/training meetings to current and prospective customers to increase sales of products

Basic Qualifications : -
A Bachelor or master Degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical solution-based selling
Fluent in English
Ability to communicate the value proposition to technical audiences (i.e. Electrical Engineers)
Proven track record of vertical market selling
Demonstrated strong oral/written communication skills including sales presentations and negotiations
