To ensure profitable growth in identified key accounts of the region & promote entire range of products offered by the company in these key accounts.
To serve the key accounts by offering on field & off the field solutions & ensure customer satisfaction level.
The employee is responsible :
1. For preparation annual business plan for revenue generation for the given area.
2. For building and growing existing customers in entire territory.
3. For AR and C-form collections.
4. To understand the customer needs & be a key interface between the customer & HO
5. For identifying market and competitive trends.
6. For communicating technical design requirements, constraints functionality and implementation details verbally and in formal documentations.
7. For maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level.
8. To maintain all quality management records as required by the QMS.
9. For individual as well as team target.
10. For any other duties as and when assigned.
Need to have experience in Seals business
1.Need to have experience in selling of Seals.
2. Should be from Energy domain.
3. Only OEM Sales, No channel/ dealer sales.
4. No Capital equipments.
5. Should be used to sell products very frequently.
6. No automotive experience
