Industry Type: Its Oil & Gas industry.
HOD is in charge of all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales, Sales Coordination and Marketing for the Company.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strategise and develop tender specifications to strengthen company's business prospects.
Participate in elaboration of customers RFP, identify account needs, develop optimization and coordination with the design team and implement sales actions plans for each targeted customers.
Develop business growth and generate positive sales and revenue streams to maximize revenue from new and existing clients.
Responsible for bidding and tendering.
Promotion of products and services through active participation in industry fairs and events
Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals.
Responsible for renewal of contracts with clients, based on earlier experiences of working with these clients.
Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
Develop and maintain a strong work relationship with key industry opinion leaders and contacts with other relevant agents.
Monitor, analyze sales and market trends.
Responsible for driving revenue and use learnings from that experience to refine sales processes and to build an appropriate team;
Collaborate closely with the Product and Marketing teams on developing new products and services for our clients;
Standard measurements will focus on actual sales, profitability, and growth percentage within the business unit. In addition, developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new customers will be a key indicator of future success expectations;
Update the company on changing trends within the online marketing environment so the organization can make and adjust plans accordingly.
Must be willing to travel in PAN India and Abroad.
