Handling All India Sales activity, Product launch
Designed & implemented strategies to achieve plans & targets through sales team.
Conducted market surveys for pricing policies & understanding competitive strategies
Distribution and point of sale handling density of dealers , sub dealers) measurement of secondary and tertiary sale monitoring
Retail - understanding economics and customer psychology. Customer handling by dealer
Service - post acquisition handling of customer.
IT enabled dealership ( improve data driven decision ) Aggressive guy who can rock the boat and make things happen, but a great listener.
A team builder who has leadership qualities to take all along and still be firm.


Candidate must be any graduate, MBA/PGDM
