Exposure into Solar industry (in the Solar Thermal technology is preferred)
Exposure to direct sales is a must rather than dealer/channel sales
Should have knowledge of the Solar Thermal industry and regulations/policies/subsidies around it.
Should have managed a team in the past.
He would be responsible for sales delivery as per target for the Solar Thermal business.
He would have a Coordinating with the projects team for order transferring. Closing and finalizing orders along with the proposal engineer.
