Job Description

Minimum Requirement:

18 + yrs experience

40-43 yrs of age

Good Communication (Written and Oral )

Should have very good attitude, exhibit business acumen with managerial qualities

Should have a pleasing and compelling personality.

Graduate with a MBA will be preferred.



Technical Skills Required:

-Should have experience selling SAP Solutions and Services.

-Experience in selling to verticals like O&G, Chemical, Manufacturing would be added advantage.

-Should have good exposure and business acumen in servicing the western market clients.

Desired Profile:

Strategic Thinking and Thought Leadership.
Managed P&L.
Experience in depth, successfully leading large and small businesses in SAP consulting environment.
Overall 15 + years experience, with proven track record in sales and in having sound experience in driving sales in SAP, Enterprise Solutions
Strong experience in SAP consulting in USA / Canada markets.
Entrepreneur mindset with turnaround and transformation expertise, to conceptualize, design and execute winning strategies and grow the organization.
Strong business connects with VARS, system integrators in the US markets
Smart and quick to respond, aggressive, focused business leader, someone whom the team, & management can look upon.

Job Responsibilities:

To build and maintain our BRAND in the US market.
To head the US sales operations over the next 5 yrs with a vision of establishing a strong base in the SAP market.
Be accountable for the all the sales activities in US.
Manage the operational excellence; build the COE for the sales team.
Increase revenue and profits for company.
Prepare the annual business plan in line with the overall business and organizational goals.
Track and ensure on periodic basis that the goals are achieved as per the stipulated time frame.
Provide feedback to the sales team on areas requiring focus & improvement.
Improve on the business development, sales, relationship mgmt & the operational support through the different channel. People mgmt skills like building and recruiting a high performance team would be the domain activities necessary to achieve the company policies.
Strategically develop and execute a sales plan for new and existing business by building relationships with managers and recruiting manager.
Develop sales strategies based on customer ranking that includes contact frequency, measurable goals and deadlines
Develop comprehensive job listings from clients to include compelling business need, immediate action items, cultural fit as well as previous experience and tools to allow recruiting team to develop the best plan to target impact candidates.
Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote company brand and establish strategic relationships.
Create management reports to capture sales performance, goals and other sales data for executive review.
Make recommendations to senior management to identify current trends or threats and recommend possible solutions and new opportunities.
Follow up on current and past accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and drive further revenue.
Effectively position and differentiate our company from competition.
Meet goals as assigned by management.
