Job Description

Plan the quarterly , monthly and weekly sales target for dealership
Plan all the initiatives to be taken for achievement of targets and allocates amongst the respective sales team
Tracking completion of activities including product launches, schemes discount and market activation plans
Ensures adherence of sales process by the team
Review targets while keeping in mind early bird and incentive schemes
Act as a escalation point for all unresolved complaints with internal team and customer
Resolve issues related to vehicle delivery with the delivery team and sales coordinator
Review customer lost order analysis and taking corrective actions
