They are looking for a Sales Head to:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to new and existing Clients at the CXO level.
- Lead and manage the sales team in India working.
- Devise and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Work closely with marketing and promotion team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / clients.
- Manage sales team to ensure proper planning and organization of time and resources
- Coaching, training and development of sales teams, embedding a culture of customer focus and result achievement
- Review KPIs and use reporting, analytics and technology to drive results and sales focus
- MBA/Relevant degree from the top 20 Business institutes from India or the Top Global management schools.
- 5-15 years of rich experience in B2B sales at the CXO level.
- Strong people management and coaching skills with demonstrable record of developing teams of high performing and motivated sales professionals
- Strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering on sales strategies and targets which they have devised
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Client focused with excellent presentation skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Active and inclusive team player with a strong presence, energetic and inspiring leadership style
- Driven and results focused with a sense of urgency, demonstrates an active approach, willing to get involved in order to increase the business pace and exceed goals and objectives
- Flexible in travelling across India.
