Also he should be handling products of ABB / Schneider, Siemens, Havells , L&T etc directly or indirectly.
Job Description :
Identify prospective customers, provide end to end solutions to customer requirements
Explore avenues for the product range and develop marketing plan and ensure sales for the product lines(s)
Interact with existing and prospective customers for brand and product penetration
Convince customers on the cost benefit analysis of using products of repute
Deliver full value proposition to key customers
Single point contact for key customer requirement
Able to guide the post sales service team to deliver in case of need
Understand and prepare request for proposal, request for quotation
Respond to tenders floated by various agencies
Ensure on time realization from debtors and customers
Deliver on set volume and value targets
Prepare date base of customers and map customers to help forecast future
Strive for continuous growth of value based customer base
Report to the General Manager - Operations / National Sales Manager
Will be required to complete independent customer sales visits across the designated geographical territory.
B.E / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience of 5-10 Years in marketing and selling of industrial electrical products
Should have experience in sales and service of high, medium and low voltage electrical distribution systems
Should be willing work independently if required.
Team management Skills
Willing to travel across Democratic Republic of Congo.
Good Written and verbal communication skills.
