Job Description


Undertakes frequent visits with clients and representatives to generate sales of Welding equipment & consumables
Maintain records of clients in Kerridge using CRM.
Coordinate After-sales service as necessary to build a satisfied customer base.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities in order to utilize the information to work out an aggressive counter Sales and Marketing strategy.
Analyze the sales segmentation.
Record customer complaints and find solutions for issues.
Analyze the causes of issues in order to take preventive steps for the future.
Conduct in house and external product demonstrations of welding equipments and consumables to generate / support sales.
Showcase product features and benefits to the customers
Conduct product batch testing to customer requirements
Provide onsite application and troubleshooting support.
Welding procedure development and product bench marking.
Submit reports on sales and other daily activities.
Provide support on the warranty issues.


Candidate must have at least 1 year of GCC experience and he must have possess any gulf countries driving license.
Sales experience in welding equipments and consumables
Knowledge in Plasma Arc Welding (PAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW / MIG), Steel Metal Arc Welding (SMAW). Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW / TIG) Plasma Welding etc
Excellent customer service ability
Professional in appearance and attitude
Self-motivated
Results oriented
Good communication skills
Computer Skills: Microsoft office package
