Job Description

  • Financial, Sales and Lead Generation
  • Qualify Leads and create appropriate sales funnel for Business, infrastructure and technology Services in existing & new accounts in the region.
  • Participate in Sales discussions/presentations for Services Selling. Provide first-level solution creation in Services-related meetings with customers and prospects.
  • Provide appropriate and customized value propositions. Negotiate/Close in the sales cycle.
  • Growing the implementation and services business in the target market, collaborating with the Vertical Go-to-market client management teams (Client Partners, Business Relationship Managers and Sales Executives).
  • Generate green field sales leads
  • Inspired order booking and revenue recognition, client satisfaction.
  • Act as a SPOC between the enterprise and client to ensure effective implementation of transformational agenda
  • Proactively engage in consultative selling, ability to convert business challenges
  • Comprehensive accountability for generating and closing sales opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Taking complete responsibility for all customers while in transition and Conduct regular delivery, project goal achievements, progress reviews to prevent cost and schedule overruns with the delivery team and to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Orchestrate internal resources in sales and delivery, optimize to give the customer an enhanced exciting and value added experience across touch-points.
  • Build a trusted group of reference-able customers.
  • Become a trusted IT advisor to the customer and participate in the customer's strategic planning.
  • Drive resource forecasting for the account from both confirmed opportunities as well as the opportunities in pipeline.
  • Bring business and sectoral knowledge to the engagement
  • Competencies and Experience:
  • Competitive advantage for candidates - Bring existing customer relationships of customers willing to transition to the cloud, SaaS
  • Have Relevant and significant Sales years' of services sales, product, market experience in SaaS, CLOUD technology, business consulting or outsourcing industry.
  • Effective relationship building competencies
  • Strong business driven technical/ functional/operations skills
  • Consistent and high value Track record of sales target achievement
  • Experience in managing customer relationships leading to multi-million dollar engagements
  • Optimization of the global delivery model for effective execution and transformation.
  • Sales and Business Management qualification would be very useful and effective for on the job performance.
  • Strong team management, cross cultural working, interpersonal skills and ability to work with in a networked organization
  • Strong business presence, commercial acumen and customer relationship management
  • Able and willing to travel extensively.
