Job Description

1. Supervising complete operations to achieve business goals, top line and bottom-line profitability
2. Developing marketing strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes
3. Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional programs for maximum market coverage.
4. Identifying prospective clients from various sectors to achieve business targets.
5. Developing and sustaining the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.
6. Expanding franchisee/dealers infrastructure and appointing new partners in untapped markets.
7. Formulating business plans to achieve organisational objectives.

9. Infrastructure Planning
10. Go-to-Market Planning and Launch Activations
11. CPD Dashboard
12. Provide Business Analytics to guide strategy & decision making
13. Provide Shopper Marketing insights & guidelines for all channels
14. Control cost and remain within the agreed budget
15. Maintain healthy customer relationship with true spirit of professionalism
16. Identify, drive & monitor improvement projects
17. To deliver the expected results from improvement projects undertaken, to the highest standard achievable.
18. To provide training and coaching to individuals and improvement teams

1. MBA from a Premier Institute
2. Quick Decision making / Analytical /Leadership Skills.
3. At least 15 - 25 yrs of Experience.
4. Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
5. Team player
6. Preferably from Consumer Durables ,FMCG & retail
