Job Description

Job Summary:

Your responsibilities will be to:

Demonstrate value of its technology solutions versus alternatives. Explain its solutions roadmap's at customer sites, working closely with pre-sales / support. Present its products and technology solutions at customer events.

Meet with customers to understand detailed level needs and requirements, prepare proposals and validate with team members to make recommendations on best practice solutions for medium size/complexity/risk projects. Maintain and develop knowledge of architecture/design technologies, integration and future industry trends. Provide resiliency and security advice. Overcome objections of a technical nature.

Translate business requirements into a Project Plan with full involvement of the project team. Analyze detail systems factors: input/output requirements; information flow; technical requirements; resources needed and select the appropriate products and services to build a customer proposal.

Build and nurture working relationships with customer management

Analyze customer escalated problems, develop and propose solutions to customer.

Represent company's user groups, seminars and workshops. 

8-10 years experience in sales / BD of payments solutions - RTGS / NEFT /ECS / SWIFT / internet payments to Banking and Financial Services sectors in India.
Should have in-depth technology expertise in the domain. Very strong on relationships at CXO levels.

We are open to look at candidates who have moved from operations / tech support / technology / pre-sales to BD /Sales role ( Minimum last 3 yrs in Sales role).
