Business Development

Candidates to have a Consultative / Solution selling acumen
Managing existing and new stream of business with large corporates across industries and responsible for growing business with these identified strategic accounts
New Customer Acquisition in assigned territory.
Complete Ownership of assigned accounts from Lead Generation to Delivery of final service offering.
Daily reporting of all sales activity.
Business Development & Relationship building with Corporates Clients.
Liasioning with CXO/CFO Level contacts are part of the new customer acquisition Strategy.
Ensure process adherence at all times
Liaisionng with the operations team for a smooth delivery of the end product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are met.
Progress Reviews and Forecasting Reports as required by the Management.

People Management

Be a team player
Will work under the direct supervision of the RM.


MBA with relevant experience of 2-5 years in Client Acquisition roles.
Candidates with experience in Mumbai are preferred
Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements would be an added advantage
Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
Open to travel
Strong analytical skills and ability to provide value added insights.
Possesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills
