Job Description

Required for a Multi Billion Dollar Fashion Retail player in Dubai, UAE.
Reporting to Business Head
The job holder is responsible for maximizing the Sales and Profitability of Brand through commercial development of the business, implementation and maintenance of professional retail standards, and providing effective leadership to the Brand Team.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Profitability
Assist Brand Managers with the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses per store, utilizing the financial profit and loss reports and provide corrective action plans.
Ensure that sales targets are on par or exceed projections.

Retail & Operational Standards
Formulate and implement store Strategies to optimise space and range for each season.
Ensure that all stores provide service levels which exceed customers expectations.
Ensure that graphics shared by franchises are utilized across all stores reflecting a uniform image.

Inventory Management & Stock Distribution
Ensure effective Inventory and Warehouse management for the Business ( order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock utilization, stock return and shrinkage)
Review and analyze stock and sales reports monitoring over and under stocks , implementing corrective action to be taken
Review and effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and implement necessary action

Marketing
Support in building and enhancing the brand Image of the franchise in line with the brand.
Work alongside the Marketing Head to approve all Media plans and buying Ads, outdoor and radio
Review the budgets and make recommendations to the management as necessary.

Franchise Management
Fulfil the company sales target of the franchise business, and take charge of business development and franchise operations
Formulate & execute the sales budget & shop opening plan for the franchise business.
Maintaining and improving the operation of the sales network.
Leading the franchise sales team to explore, manage, train and support the franchise.

The ideal candidate should have
10+ Years of experience in Retail, handling brands/franchises.
Experience in similar role, handling Retail ops, Buying/Merchandising, & Visual Merchandising.
Must have experience managing 15+ Stores.
The candidate must have knowledge of footwear to add value to buying
UAE Experience preferably, with 5+ Years in Footwear retailing
Must have handled a portfolio of 30+ franchised footwear stores across multiple countries
