Good Understanding of different segment of US Staffing Business.
Good Understanding of a prospect's business needs and develop/customize Proposal (RFI/RFP/RFQ) based on customer need.
Making cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
Works with internal delivery team to evaluate current service results, identifying needs to be filled, and monitors client activity to identify their potential.
Negotiating Rates/ Contracts and Revenue Generation
Should be open for US Travel.
