Job Description :
Generating leads based on business exigencies for increasing business and building a clientele database. Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
Identify, negotiate & manage strategic relationships with potential and prospective IT / NONIT clients derived out of the leads for permanent and/or contract staffing PAN INDIA
Working closely with management in developing strategies to engage potential clients for existing and new verticals. Responsible for identifying the competitive service strengths and weaknesses of the company and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Excellent business presentations skills, proposal writing skill and showcase the company's capabilities, benefits and value proposition in all interactions and work effectively to deliver these key messages to the market place.
Coordinating with top level people among client, develop and promote brand name. Be a point of contact between the client and the team
Bring new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing & negotiating contracts; integrating requirements with business operations.
Analyze the client's requirements, discuss and guide the respective recruitment team in terms of profile explanation, sourcing techniques, poaching techniques, Mapping techniques, head hunting strategies, etc. Hands on and be responsible for the delivery of the talent needed along with the recruitment team by taking onus of closing the positions, meeting delivery and revenue targets.
Coordinate with client for timely feedback including making repeated visits to client as and when required
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics.
Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments.
Exercise discretion and independent judgment by developing, engaging and maintaining a short and long-term forecast and an action plan to achieve them.
Stay current on industry trends and coordinate with management team to participate in networking events and forums for knowledge acquisition and business development.
Desired Profile :
At least 10+ years of relevant work experience in sales / account management experience in IT / NON IT recruitment and / or staffing with excellent contacts with top companies, direct clients and should be able to get immediate business. Ability to quote and decide commercials.
Confident and self-starter with experience in recruitment, staffing services and work under pressure with zeal towards closing any kind of new accounts in no time
Varied Domain Expertise: IT, ITES, Finance, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, Engineering, and Manufacturing etc.
High degree of drive, self-motivated with excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills etc.
Tremendous team management capabilities and client co-ordination skills in building excellent rapport with team and clients.
Complete knowledge of IT companies in Bangalore / India and preferably familiarity with Bangalore, geographically.
Good in complete recruitment life cycle with in depth knowledge of Software / Hardware / Tools associated with Software Industry and/or domain-skill knowledge of NON IT companies
Analyticaly good and have good problem solving / cracking capabilities.
Achieve agreed business development targets and KPIs
Manage a prospect network, track and report on progress
Any graduates, preferably MBA / technical degree with hands on experience in technology would be useful
Willing to travel Pan India when need arises
Preferably who has worked as a recruiter in the past
