Job Description

Work experience: 8-15 years in selling IT services in Government segment (In current company minimum 3+ yrs)

Technical skills:
Good understanding of IT Solutions/ Technologies for Govt. segment, PSU project(banking: Central bank, State bank) / Large Account.

Non-Technical skills:
Ability to understand customer requirements and position the appropriate solutions to customer with the help of technical team
Good communication and networking skills with ability to connect with Sr Management of customer
Should have good contacts with Product OEMs / Consultants
Keeps track of new developments/ Projects in the Govt.sector
Experience is bidding / execution of System Integration in ICT Projects

Primary Responsibilities / Deliverables:
Creating opportunity pipeline
Meeting sales target
Managing the collection as per company guidelines
Other Responsibilities / Deliverables:
Market intelligence
Customer relationship
Managing ecosystem
Training and Development
