New to Bank acquisition of clients availing Business banking products across relationship banking and general banking
*
Manage general banking portfolio through directed 2nd tier relationship management actions
*
Achieving the volume growth for Business banking products
*
Enhance cross sell ratio in general banking portfolio
*
Enhance new to bank qualified clients and in the general banking book
*
People Management: hiring, training, incentives, performance mgmt. and employee satisfaction/loyalty
*
Revenue goals for Business banking segment from General banking and new to bank clients
*
Enhance stratification quality and width ( reduce concentration ) in the general banking book
*
Enhance Direct Sales FTE productivity
*
Enhance ratio of Direct sales and 2nd tier Key account management sales FTE earning incentives
*
Business Development & Sales Process
Execute the Sales process, manage and track implementation
*
Sales experience standardized communication & experience to clients
*
Execute Client coverage model & process
*
Market coverage
*
Responsible for Nationally managing the Direct Sales.
*
Initiate and Create the Plan, Operating model, Metrics and Policy frameworks.
*
Deliver financial targets, Achieve business metrics and drivers which ensure sustainable growth.
*
Business Development: support launch of new markets, products, new segments and own client relationships
*
People Management: motivation, engagement, hiring, training, incentives, performance mgmt. and employee satisfaction/loyalty.
*
Work with Product Managers and heads to create enablers + product initiatives to enhance solution capability of front line.
* Achieving defined annual revenue targets for the Sales Channel through liabilities, deposit fee by
* retaining and acquiring ANR, T / Fx revenue through cross sell and generating Fee through Asset fee and

NIR through utilization of the asset limits
