Job Description

Must have:

  • Proven new sales track record in software offshoring 
  • Have strong contacts and relationships (at least 4-5) in the targeted verticals
  • At least 8 years of sales experience in the targeted territories
Sales / Business Development - Roles & Responsibilities:
  • B2B sales selling IT services & products to Hi-Tech, ISV, BFSI, Retail, Pharma and F&B industries. 
  • Sign up new clients and achieve planned revenue targets

  • Creating presentations, approach docs, collaterals, detailed proposal documents, take part in formal bidding process, etc. 
  • Making accurate, rapid effort/cost calculations and providing customers with proposals

  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with clients
Expectation management: 

  • Acting as a contact between Exilant and its existing and potential markets
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
  • Providing feedback on forthcoming solution developments and discussing special promotions
  • Networking with a purpose - increase referrals
  • Liaising with India Sales support, marketing & pre-sales, delivery groups and account managers
  • Reporting funnel, sales and order information 
  • reviewing own sales performance, preparing plans to meet and exceed targets/quotas
  • feeding future buying trends back to India - sales & BUs
  • attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
