Must have 4+ Yrs of experience in Business Development only.
Well networked in the market with Mall owners / Builders/ Broker to leverage reduce on Go-To-Market.
Knowledge of sales planning and processes related to commercial implications such as Stock turns, profitability to customers and helping realize their ROI
Specific process orientation and good appreciation of customer preferences
Good at interpersonal relationships
Should have knowledge of products in the Lifestyle area, ability to evaluate consumer behavior, analytical abilities, system orientation
